Tables 3: Measurements of banknotes

Here collected measurements of circulating banknotes of 14 major currencies across the globe. Data are based mostly on websites information of the central banks as of October 2012. Banknotes' data sum up to an average N to 1 ratio, which is used in tests for QBs.

¤ N:1 ratios of 1-A$'s place and 100-A$'s place cannot be calculated due to the absence of D[N] or D[1].
¤ N:1 ratio of area is calculated as the area of D[N] divided by the area of D[1]. e.g. The areas of 20-A$ to 10-A$ is (144*65)/(137*65)=1.05.

¤ N1<N2. The above currencies are all N1=2 and N2=5.
¤ N:1 ratio where N1 and N2 denominations exist is the geometric mean of N1:1 ratio and N2:1 ratio. e.g. The area ratio of 10-A$'s place is √(1.05*1.10)=1.08.
¤ All the average ratios are geometric means. e.g. Average N:1 ratio is 19√(1.08*1.01*...*1.07)=1.06.
